COVID-19 UPDATE
To Our Valued Customers:
We feel it is important to reach out to address the growing concern surrounding COVID-19 (coronavirus) and to assure you that our facilities are fully operational at this time.
American Distilling, Inc. is closely monitoring the latest reports from both the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) to ensure we are taking every precaution to prevent any negative impact to our Witch Hazel production, component and raw material supply chain, and most importantly, the health of our customers and team members.
Production and Supply Chain: Although the demand for our Witch Hazel (14% Ethanol) products has skyrocketed we do not anticipate any problems with our production and distribution. We have contacted our vendors and they have given us the assurance that there will be no change in our raw material or component supply for our products. Internally, employees have been cross-trained on all critical functions within the facility to help ensure production continuity.
Customer and Team Member Health: Employee and customer health is our highest priority. As such, we are limiting non-essential visitation to our building and increasing our facility cleaning procedures to ensure our high cleanliness standards are maintained. Employees are receiving continuing education regarding proper handwashing technique and workspace cleanliness. We have increased hand sanitizing stations throughout the facility as an extra safety precaution.
